18 sep 2024: De onderzoeksgroep Government & Law organiseerde de IACFS-jaarconferentie 2024 aan de Universiteit van Antwerpen op 17 en 18 september 2024! IACFS is de International Association of Centers for Federal Studies, met de onderzoeksgroep Government & Law als een van haar kernleden. Met 28 presentaties en meer dan 50 wetenschappers verwelkomde de conferentie vertegenwoordigers van elk van de zes continenten. Verschillende presentaties gingen over kwesties van discretionaire bevoegdheid en autonomie in regelgeving op alle bestuursniveaus.
