Develop the kind of leadership that today’s organisations truly need. In this international and hybrid programme at the University of Antwerp, you explore leadership from the inside out: starting with self-leadership, and moving toward effective collaboration and impact in teams. Through academic insights, practical tools and dialogue with peers from different countries and professional contexts, you learn how to translate theory and reflection into practice and action. The programme combines online learning in May (three online sessions and team reflection exercises) with an intensive in-person week in Antwerp (28 June - 3 July 2026). You leave with stronger leadership, communication and collaboration skills that help you create results and enable others to grow as well.
