Associate Professor of Law, I specialize in tax law, policy, and governance from comparative, international, and multidisciplinary perspectives. Using critical sociolegal and multimethod approaches, my research explores how tax norms and institutions shape resource distribution within and across societies, with particular attention to sustainability, digitalization, and global governance. I’ve held academic positions in Brazil, Canada, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, and the US, and was named one of the 35 Leaders of the Future in Taxation.
