Paul Cos is vice-dean and full professor microbiology. He teaches cell cultures and elisa, microbiology, pharmaceutical microbiology and infectious diseases. His research projects focus on bacterial lung infections, antibiotic-tolerant persisters and host-pathogen interactions. He is currently director business & policy of the Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS).
