Marc Deloof is Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of Antwerp. He is also Chair of the Benelux Corporate Finance Research Network, the network of corporate finance researchers at universities and business schools in the Benelux, and Editor of the Journal of Business Finance and Accounting. His current research focuses on entrepreneurial finance and financial history. He has supervised numerous PhD students and published in a wide range of international academic journals, in the fields of finance, accounting, entrepreneurship and small business and economic history.
