Dr. Evelien Willems's research focuses on the interplay between interest groups, public opinion and public policy. In February 2021 she completed her PhD on this subject. She is currently further developing this research agenda as a postdoctoral researcher. In addition, she regularly gives guest lectures in various bachelor's and master's courses of the study programs of the Department of Political Science.
