Cedric Vuye is an associate professor in the Faculty of Applied Engineering, research group SuPAR (Sustainable Pavements and Asphalt Research). He is the primary supervisor of 2 completed PhDs and 5 ongoing PhD studies: 1) crumb rubber in bitumen and asphalt, 2) thermal and structural analysis of asphalt solar collectors, 3) impact of noise-reducing measures, 4) air purifying asphalt pavements using TiO2, and 5) cool urban pavements. He has published 39 journal papers, 5 book chapters, and 49 conference papers as a (co-)author, and has acquired over 5 million € as (co-)supervisor since 2017.
