Artuur conducts research on online platform contract conclusions, by virtue of national contract law. He pays attention to the protection of traders from benefits enjoyed by consumers under the platform design. Artuur thus studies a topic previously considered from the perspective of European consumer protection. His research concretely concerns the identification of the contract parties, the determination and knowability of performance under the contract and the subsequent modification of contract parties or content.
