Always sign off your e-mails with an e-mail signature in the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ house style. You can choose between a general signature and a subsidiary signature, in Dutch or English. Use only one signature, do not combine two logos. You can create and save multiple versions in Outlook.
