Postdoc Day 2026 | 9 June 2026
This event offers you the opportunity to step away from your daily work and reflect on your personal and professional growth, impact, and future career – both within and beyond academia.
Start your day by choosing from three engaging workshops—ranging from self insight and (im)perfectionism to a fast paced interdisciplinary collaboration exercise. In the afternoon, discover the university’s many initiatives supporting your professional growth, followed by thematic break out sessions on potential career paths within and beyond academia, valorisation, or science communication.
We conclude with a keynote on relational leadership, offering inspiration and practical tools to help you lead with authenticity and awareness.
A day to learn, reflect, and connect with fellow postdocs shaping tomorrow’s research landscape.
The Postdoc Day will take place on Tuesday 9 June 2026, from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. at the Stadscampus, Hof van Liere.
You can choose to take part either the whole day or only before noon or after noon.
