We organize a monthly online reading group. You can find more information on what we are reading every session the reading group page. Everyone is welcome to join us!
In the Spring of 2026, we organize multiple talks in Antwerp. On the 30th of April, you can join us to listen to a talk by Dr. Tess Moeke-Maxwell on Māori funerary practices. On the 12th of May, we organize a multidisciplinary panel conversation on aquamation (also known as resomation) to look at this technique from various perspectives.
Autumn 2026 our second public symposium will take place. We will meet on the in Antwerp for talks, discussions and workshops on the environmental impact of funerary practices, as well as the ethical questions related to sustainability concerns.
