Early bird registraion
Early bird rates are available until 30 June 2026. Registration includes access to all three conference days and the Welcome Reception at the Grauwzusters Klooster on Tuesday 8 September 2026.
Reduced registration fees are available for PhD students and participants whose institutional affiliation is based in a lower-income country.
A day ticket is also available for those attending one conference day.

Social Program
Alongside the academic programme, STI-ENID 2026 offers opportunities to continue conversations in inspiring settings.
On Tuesday 8 September 2026, we are pleased to invite you to the Welcome Reception from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. PhD students are also welcome to join the PhD event earlier that afternoon (4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.), where they will have the opportunity to present their research through short lightning talks and connect with fellow early-career researchers.
The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday 9 September 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., at . Set in one of Antwerp’s most remarkable Art Deco interiors, the evening offers an elegant setting for networking and informal exchange.
On Thursday 10 September 2026, you are invited to join our social gathering at from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Located in the iconic Felix Pakhuis and within walking distance of the conference venue, this informal event provides a relaxed setting to meet fellow participants over drinks. Guests are also welcome to stay for dinner and explore the food market offerings (at their own expense).
Participation in the Welcome Reception, conference dinner, and social gathering can be added during registration.

DAY TICKET: 150 euro
- Includes access to the conference for one day of your choice
CONFERENCE DINER: 65 euro
- Join us for our Conference dinner on Wednesday 9 September 2026 at . Includes access to the dinner from 6 p.m. till 11:30 p.m. The dinner will be vegetarian with poultry add-on).
SOCIAL GATHERING: 40 euro
- Join us for drinks at the scenic 'Lichtstraat' of Sharing food market in Antwerp on Thursday 10 September from 7 p.m. till 9 p.m. Drinks are included (food can be purchased at the WOLF foodmarket at own expense).
PhD EVENT

Includes access to the PhD event on Tuesday 9 September 2026, at the Klooster van de Grauwzusters. During this event, you will have the opportunity to give a lightning talk about your research to fellow Phd students. This session is designed to support newcomers to the conference and to facilitate networking. Attendance is free of charge.
All these prices are not subject to VAT.
