- You can register as long as there are places available. Registrations are closed six working days before the test date. Your registration is only final upon receipt of payment.
- Three working days before the test date you will receive your invitation to the test. If you haven't received the invitation, send an email to itace@linguapolis.be.
- By registering for this test, you accept the of the Interuniversity Testing Consortium (IUTC).
- When the registration fee is transferred by bank, any additional bank charges will be paid by the participant.
- If you cancel five working days or less before the test date, the full test fee will be charged. We charge 25 EUR to cover cancellation costs if you cancel more than five working days before the test date.
- If there are fewer than five registrations for a particular test, Linguapolis reserves the right to cancel the test session. In such an event, registration fees will be refunded in full.
- If you are unable to pay online, do not register a second time, but send an email to itace@linguapolis.be.
