International rankings

Rankings assign global positions to universities so that students, researchers and other users can compare them easily.

Each ranking uses its own method, but the total score is always calculated on the basis of a set of indicators. This means that the indicators chosen and the weight they are given in the calculation have an important impact on a university’s position in the ranking.

The master's programme training and education sciences, as well as the programmes in Law and Medicine, perform well in the respective Times Higher Education Subject Rankings 2026, with a position in the 101-125 range. In the Times Higher Education Business and Economics ranking, ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ is placed in the 126-150 range. 

Business Economics made it into the Financial Times Masters in Management Ranking for the first time in 2018. ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ is ranked 78th in 2024 whereby she is ranked 6th worldwide in terms of value for money.

Meanwhile, our Faculty of Business and Economices achieved 3 prestigious international accreditations: ACCSB, EFMD and EQUIS. The faculty is also included in the Financial Times European Business School Ranking 2024 at place 85.

Yerun endorses the More Than Our Rank initiative

¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ is part of the Young European Research Universities Network (Yerun). In 2024, Yerun endorsed the initiative which was developed in response to the shortcomings and effects of global university rankings. .
